In 2017, Salter Construction began constructing the T1 Townhomes as an infill project in downtown Bentonville. For this general contracting project, SCI worked with Robert Sharp as architect. This small community contains 2 buildings with a total of 9 luxury units with tuck-under garages. Each modern unit contains granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous dark wood cabinets. The exteriors of this project give a modern feel and fit to this very nice finished community in one of the hottest markets in the country.
